Who I Work With
You might be someone who...
-
Looks like you have it together but feels overwhelmed underneath.
-
Is exhausted from trying to be perfect or meet everyone's expectations.
-
Keeps finding yourself in relationships where you lose yourself.
-
Struggles with boundaries, people-pleasing, or codependent patterns.
-
Wants to change your relationship with alcohol, substances, or other addictive behaviors.
-
Feels stuck in the same relationship conflicts despite wanting something different.
-
Longs for more intimacy but finds vulnerability difficult.
-
Is navigating a major transition and no longer knows what feels like “you.”

My work often centers around:
-
Addiction & Recovery
For people who are struggling with substances as well as those whose lives have been affected by someone else's addiction. My background includes graduate and post-graduate study in addiction and experience working in residential substance use disorder treatment. We can explore your relationship with substances, the experiences and patterns surrounding use, and any ambivalence you may have about change. -
Relationships & Codependency
Exploring relationship patterns, family systems, boundaries, caretaking, and the ways we learn to relate to ourselves and others. -
Perfectionism
Understanding the expectations, beliefs, and patterns that can make it difficult to feel good enough, slow down, or experience greater ease. -
Other Areas I Work With
Therapy can also be a place to explore trauma, life transitions, caregiving, and personal growth—particularly when these experiences intersect with relationships, identity, and the patterns we've developed over time.
